frequently asked questions

please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time so we can get you all set up, and you can get to know the space.

feel free to bring any objects, clothes, etc. that you’re planning to shoot. you can bring your own tripods, and we also have some available to rent. If you’re bringing props, make sure they are small enough to fit in a bag. we do not allow external furniture to be brought into the studio.

each booking can have up to 5 people. beyond that, each additional person needs to pay another booking fee.

we request at least 24 hours’ notice if you can’t make your reservation. cancellations within the 24 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment’s fee, made to the credit card on file. not showing up without canceling will incur the full reservation fee. we do not provide refunds for canceled/no show appointments.

we only accept returns for unopened/unused products within 15 days of purchase. please make sure all original tags, stickers etc. are on the product to ensure a full refund.
